In order for your self initiated events to be considered you must hand in a form with the following information:


Your Name
The date of the event
Place where you volunteered
Numbers of hours
A description of what you did
A Confirmation Signature from someone who witnessed you do it.


Once you have a paper filled out with this information you must hand it in to one of the officers or Dr. Malmont or Dr. Slattery.

It will be decided on a case to case basis if the event counts as a long term or short term project. We prefer to you get preapproval, which can be easily done by emailing the President at the KDP email address on this site.

If you have any questions please contact the President at the KDP email address provided on this site. You can also email the President for one of the forms (will be sent as an attachment).
